Kuhn Sports & Media Agency (KSMA) is a sports-focused media and athlete-branding concept centered on NIL opportunities, digital storytelling, and brand development. This project focused on developing a comprehensive brand strategy, including audience targeting, content positioning, and long-term growth potential within the sports media landscape.

It also highlighted how strategic positioning and consistent messaging are critical when building a brand in a competitive media landscape, especially when differentiating through athlete-driven content and NIL opportunities.
