KSMA Brand Strategy Case Study

Overview:

Kuhn Sports & Media Agency (KSMA) is a sports-focused media and athlete-branding concept centered on NIL opportunities, digital storytelling, and brand development. This project focused on developing a comprehensive brand strategy, including audience targeting, content positioning, and long-term growth potential within the sports media landscape.

Developed as part of my graduate work in Entertainment Business.

My Role:

In this project, I led the development of the full brand concept, including positioning, content strategy, and audience targeting. I designed and presented the strategic framework as a visual, translating complex ideas into a clear, actionable brand strategy.

Key Takeaways:

​This project reinforced the importance of combining content strategy with brand identity in sports media. One of the biggest takeaways was recognizing how athlete-driven storytelling can strengthen fan connections and create new monetization opportunities through NIL. It also highlighted how strategic positioning and consistent messaging are critical when building a brand in a competitive media landscape, especially when differentiating through athlete-driven content and NIL opportunities.

This project reflects my approach to building modern sports media brands through strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
